In November, a retired judge (Judge Fahey) will start the process of deciding how to divide up the limited settlement money that a few of the defendants (Mean LLC and the shooter’s parents) have preliminarily agreed to pay to end the lawsuit against them. We need to submit a short-written summary describing what happened to you and how you have been affected. Your attorneys will begin meeting with you this week, through the weekend, and into mid-week of next week, to review the information we already have and take down any additional information we may need for your statement.
