Hello, this is your legal team at Bonner & Bonner and Everytown Law with an update on the litigation we filed on your behalf arising from the Tops Market shooting. Today, we received two decisions from a NY appeals court. First, in a significant victory, the court allowed our case to move forward against MEAN Arms, the manufacturer of the magazine lock that helped the shooter evade New York’s assault weapons ban. Second, disappointingly, the court found that our case against YouTube and Reddit should not be allowed to proceed. We are assessing our options for appealing that decision.
