We are grieving with Buffalo, New York and Uvalde, Texas, over the mass shootings.

Our hearts go out with the rest of the nation and the world to our communities ravaged by all of the horrific, violent, terrorist massacres of our innocent children, women, and men who were slaughtered in the attacks and to those that survived the attacks.

There is no way on earth to make this right. There is no way to reverse the tragedy of terrorism or the impact of pain and suffering after losing loved ones. These were heinous crimes committed against pure, innocent people just trying to live their lives. Nobody saw this coming.

But, now we know. Now we know the lengths that sick individuals in our communities will go, to destroy innocent lives and terrorize communities. Now it's time for all of us to stand up and demand change and protection.
